Rooted Care Package 
$1,500

Includes:

  • Unlimited call/text support throughout pregnancy (see contract)

  • 3 prenatal visits

    1. Initial intake + childbirth education

    2. Birth planning + comfort measures + labor rehersal 

    3. Postpartum planning + light nesting guidance

  • Full labor + birth support

  • Up to 2 hours immediate postpartum support 

  • One 3-hour in-home postpartum visit

  • Curated education + resource recommendations

A grounded foundation of support through pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum.
Sliding scale available

Deeply Rooted Care Package 
 $2,500

Expanded pregnancy, birth, and postpartum support with hands-on nourishment and recovery care.

Includes:

  • Unlimited pregnancy support by call/text (see contract)

  • 3 prenatal visits

    1. Initial intake + childbirth education

    2. Birth planning + comfort measures + labor rehersal 

    3. Postpartum planning + light nesting guidance

  • Full labor + birth support

  • Up to 2 hours immediate postpartum care

  • 5 postpartum visits (3 hrs each)​

  • Nervous system grounding and emotional support

  • Birth story processing and postpartum debrief

  • Feeding and postpartum recovery support

  • Newborn care guidance (bathing, breastfeeding, babywearing, soothing)

  • Nourishing meal and snack prep

  • Herbal recovery care (sitz baths, foot baths, gentle massage)

  • Light household support

  • 2 prenatal prep visits​

Visits may include:

  • Nervous system grounding and emotional support

  • Birth story processing and postpartum debrief

  • Feeding and postpartum recovery support

  • Newborn care guidance (bathing, breastfeeding, babywearing, soothing)

  • Nourishing meal and snack prep

  • Herbal recovery care (sitz baths, foot baths, gentle massage)

  • Light household support

  • Creating sustainable rhythms for rest, healing, and family adjustment

Steady support for rest, recovery, and adjustment in the early weeks.

Postpartum Meal Support

Nourishing, homemade meals designed to support recovery, energy, and milk supply.
Weekly Packages:
 

  • 2 meals + 2 snacks — $200

  • 3 meals + 3 snacks — $300

  • 4 meals + 4 snacks — $500

  • 5 meals + 5 snacks — $600


2hr session 30-50 images - $250
2hr session with images and super8 - $350

Payment Options

I believe doula care should be accessible, and I’m happy to offer sliding scale options when needed.

Payment plans available:

50% deposit at signing, remaining balance due by 37 weeks

50% deposit with monthly installments completed by 37 weeks
