Personalized Meal Prep Services
I offer personalized meal preparation designed to provide deep nourishment during the postpartum period and beyond. As a Certified Perinatal Nutrition Educator and trained herbalist, my approach is rooted in the belief that food is one of our most powerful forms of medicine.
As a doula, I draw inspiration from traditional postpartum practices, including the wisdom of the first forty days, recognizing that warm, nutrient-dense, and easily digestible meals are essential for healing, restoring nutrient stores, and supporting a mother's recovery after birth.
This service is a natural complement to postpartum doula care, ensuring nourishing meals are readily available during the tender early weeks of motherhood. It is also available to individuals and families outside of the postpartum period who lead busy lives and want wholesome, thoughtfully prepared meals without the time and energy required for planning, shopping, and cooking.
Every meal is prepared with 100% organic ingredients, with as many ingredients as possible sourced from local farms. My recipes are naturally gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and free from seed oils, with an emphasis on seasonal, whole-food ingredients that deeply nourish the body.
